The Environmental Action Coalition (EAC) aims to promote environmentally sustainable practices, starting on Whitworth campus then extending to the greater Spokane community. Our purpose is to encourage the Whitworth community to develop long-lasting, sustainable habits and broaden their worldviews regarding issues of environmental justice & equity through education,
advocacy, and empowerment.

Planned Parenthood Generation Action (PPGenAction) is a movement of young
people across identities and issues that organizes with, by, and for their generation in
order to achieve reproductive freedom; led by the national Youth Organizing Team
(the "Youth Squad") at Planned Parenthood Action Fund which leverages their
expertise in youth organizing, leadership development, voter engagement programs,
and infrastructure building to motivate, empower, train, and provide resources to
support young people, affiliates, and partners in building power nationally.

We are Whitworth's LGBTQ+ and allied community. We strive to celebrate LGBTQ+ identity, to foster a healthy dialogue around queer issues, and to improve the LGBTQ+ experience at Whitworth. We offer weekly meetings, bimonthly workshops on queer subjects, and various events, including our annual Pride Week. Everyone is welcome at our meetings; we celebrate diversity and intersectionality.

Psi Chi is an international honor society whose purpose is to encourage, stimulate, and maintain excellence in scholarship of the individual members in all fields, particularly in psychology, and to advance the science of psychology.

We are also Psychology club, which is not like traditional clubs on campus because we do not meet every month. Instead, we have events that tend to be either once a month or once every other month! All psychology majors and minors are automatically in Psych club.

Work closely with hard-working students and engaged faculty to help orchestrate events that foster meaningful connections between students. Currently, we have private weekly meetings for the executive board of Psi Chi, where we plan events.

The Whitworth Student Investment Group (WSIG) seeks to provide students with the opportunity to take part in investment management. Our mission is to increase our members' learning through market analysis, valuation techniques, portfolio management, and in-depth equity research processes. Additionally, the WSIG is an opportunity for students to improve their communication, presentation, and public speaking skills as well as gain leadership experience and work within a team in a goal-oriented environment. Members are able to leverage this experience within their careers and within the job seeking process with a strong alumni network and support from faculty.
